Be part of a rich and rewarding mentoring program developed to help CAs who are returning to the workforce or looking to take a career break.

Our Return to Work program facilitates connections between members who are looking to take a career break or are returning to the profession. Created to support members going through a transition, mentees are matched with those who have similar experiences and are open to sharing insights and guidance. This program can help you identify the next step in your career and build connections with like-minded CAs while earning up to 6 CPD hours.

What is involved?

When submitting your application, you will complete a profile questionnaire. This will be used to match mentors with mentees and is based on a mentee’s objectives and goals and a mentor’s background. We pair members based on similar career transition experiences. Confirmed matches will be invited to our Mentoring Connections event.

It is recommended that over the 6-month program, pairs meet up for at least four one-hour mentoring sessions.

All mentors and mentees will be provided with a guide, action plan and relevant supporting materials. Mentors also have access to support through the Mentor Service.

At the end of the six-month program, we invite you to a celebratory Mentoring Connections event.
