Our Early and Mid-career program is an opportunity for full members to engage with a fellow CA and gain new insights over a six-month period while earning up to 6 CPD hours. A mentor can assist you to identify your strengths, navigate career decisions and expand your professional network. As a mentor, this program allows you to give back to your community while building connections outside your immediate network and broaden your perspectives.

Introducing culturally aligned pairings

CA ANZ is proud to introduce a new, optional pairing element within the mentoring programs that enables Māori, Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Pasifika members to be matched with mentoring partners who share similar cultural identities and lived experiences.

Culturally aligned pairings help create a foundation for shared connection, alongside the program’s focus on career and professional growth.

Kiri McRae, Founder of KōKiri Ltd, reflects on the significance of this opportunity noting, “having shared cultural grounding can create quicker alignment, safety and understanding… creating a non-judgemental, mana-enhancing space to explore identity, belonging and confidence”.

What is involved?

When submitting your application, you will complete a profile questionnaire. This will be used to match mentors with mentees. Confirmed matches will be invited to a Program Launch webinar to kick off the program.

This program intake will run from May 2026 to October 2026.

We recommend that over the 6-month program, pairs meet up for at least four one-hour mentoring sessions.

All mentors and mentees will be provided with training and relevant supporting materials, with a Program Manager available throughout.

At the end of the six-month program, we invite you to a celebratory Program Close webinar.
