The Professional Standards Councils (PSC) are the formal bodies that have oversight of all professional standards schemes. The Professional Standards Authority (PSA) is the formal body who monitors CA ANZ’S compliance with our Scheme obligations set out in Professional Standards Legislation (PSL). These laws impose a duty on CA ANZ to ensure members comply with the legislation and scheme obligations.
We have drafted our Regulations to safeguard our members and ensure our Scheme remains effective.
