CA Fundamentals overview
Duration: Taught over 10 months, CA Fundamentals has two intakes each year in February and June.
Delivery: Online access to all subject learning materials, teaching staff, workshops, drop in sessions and assessments.

CA Fundamentals timetable
Who are the ideal candidates?
- A recent high school graduate (within the last 3 years)
- Aged 18 or older
- Employed in an approved CA ANZ organisation (ATE or RTE)
- Has completed high school level mathematics
- Eligible for university entry.

Submit your Expression of InterestTo support a CA Fundamentals candidate, employers must meet one of the following requirements:
Approved Training Employer (ATE)
Offers work experience and training that meets CA ANZ’s Mentored Practical Experience (MPE) requirements.
To become an ATE, complete the application form and submit it to: [email protected]
Recognised Training Employer (RTE)
Provides an in-house training program that has been reviewed and approved by CA ANZ.
This ensures candidates gain experience in environments that meet the professional standards required for CA Foundations and the CA Program.
If your organisation manages MPE through an in-house training program, you are eligible to become an RTE.
