On Thursday 19 March 2026, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) hosted the Brisbane Fellowship Dinner, uniting members across Queensland. The event honoured newly appointed Queensland Fellow Chartered Accountants (FCA) and celebrated the recipient of the 2025 Queensland Young Chartered Accountant Award. The evening also recognised significant professional milestones and highlighted the ongoing contributions of members to the accounting profession.

Fellowship is one of the highest honours within CA ANZ. It acknowledges members who have achieved outstanding career success or made significant contributions to business, the profession or the wider community. Peers nominate Fellows, reflecting the respect and esteem they have earned within the Chartered Accountant community.

During the dinner, newly appointed Fellows were formally recognised for their dedication, leadership and service, exemplifying the values that underpin the Fellow Chartered Accountant designation.

The evening was attended by members of the Queensland Regional Council, including Vice Chair Samara Badgery FCA, Benjamin Horner FCA and Jillian Richards FCA. Family members, friends, nominators and fellow members also joined the celebration, creating a strong sense of shared pride and recognition.

The event also saw Brittany Morgan CA awarded the Queensland Young Chartered Accountant Award. Brittany was recognised for her sustained contribution to the profession and the broader community. She has been a strong advocate for young Chartered Accountants, leading committees, engaging members and supporting professional development initiatives. Her active involvement in community leadership and governance roles demonstrates her commitment to making a positive impact.
