The Member Insights Panel is a research panel that asks CA members to provide feedback about the services and support that CA ANZ provides, allowing us to better understand and support member needs.

What have been your biggest career challenges? How long is too long to wait when you call us for support? How would reporting changes impact you? How are skill shortages impacting you? Has climate change impacted you as a Chartered Accountant?

We ask members a variety of questions to understand which areas of support are needed, and which ones aren’t as high of a priority. We use member feedback to drive change in the way your membership body supports you. You can opt out of any surveys that aren’t relevant to you, and every completed survey puts you into our monthly draw to receive one of ten $100 gift cards.

Ease of participation

If you join, the demands on your time will be minimal, we'll invite you to complete no more than two 5-10 minute surveys a month about your needs/opinions on topical issues.

The feedback we receive from the Member Insights Panel provides us with an invaluable member perspective to guide our decision-making at CA ANZ. Our members are a diverse bunch – so if you want us to consider your views when making decisions, it's essential that you share your feedback with us.
