The Women’s SIG is a supportive and inspiring forum for women navigating careers in accounting, finance, and leadership. The group fosters connection, confidence, and community—empowering women to thrive professionally and personally.

We have six meetings over the year where we explore themes of personal and professional empowerment. With a strong focus on women in leadership, each session equips participants with practical tools to thrive, lead confidently, and adapt to change.    

Presenters include industry leaders, wellbeing experts, economists, and change-makers who share practical tools and personal insights.  

Topics

Topics include digital discipline, unconscious bias, menopause, fraud prevention, and global risks—while also exploring career strategy, emotional wellbeing, inclusive leadership and workplaces, financial literacy empowerment, and navigating life’s transitions.
