WA Fellowship Dinner 2026

Celebrating excellence and leadership in the profession.

In brief:

  • Formally recognising 37 Fellowship recipients from WA
  • Jack Marwick CA received the 2025 WA Young Chartered Accountant Award
  • Members, families, peers and nominators came together to celebrate this professional milestone.

On 22 April 2026, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand hosted the annual WA Fellowship Dinner, bringing together members from across the state to celebrate excellence within the profession. Held at ANZAC House, the evening formally recognised 37 newly appointed WA Fellow Chartered Accountants (FCA) and honoured the recipient of the 2025 WA Young Chartered Accountant Award.

Fellowship is one of the highest honours bestowed by CA ANZ, recognising members who have achieved outstanding career success or made significant contributions to business, the profession and the wider community. Fellows are nominated by their peers, reflecting the respect and esteem they have earned within the Chartered Accountant community.

During the dinner, new Fellows were formally acknowledged for their dedication, leadership and service, exemplifying the values that underpin the Fellow Chartered Accountant designation. Guests included members of the WA Council, family members, friends, nominators and Fellow members, creating an atmosphere of shared pride and celebration. WA Council Chair Melissa Grove FCA and 2026 Vice Chair Lyndie Bayne FCA were among those in attendance.

The evening also celebrated Jack Marwick CA, who received the 2025 WA Young Chartered Accountant Award. Jack is a passionate advocate for the profession and a generous contributor to both the Chartered Accounting community and the broader WA community. As Chair of the Young Chartered Accountants WA Panel in 2024, Jack led the delivery of new and revitalised initiatives, including the YCA Social Series, the ongoing Coffee Connect program, and hands-on volunteering through initiatives such as the Central Park Plunge and Ronald McDonald House. He has also proudly represented the profession at university and school-based events, promoting accounting as a dynamic and rewarding career pathway.

Addressing the gathering, WA Council Chair Melissa Grove FCA acknowledged the achievements of the new Fellows and shared an update on member activity and engagement across Western Australia, reinforcing the strength and vibrancy of the profession within the state.
