Top CA Program candidate Ishwar Gunasegaran wins the 2024 Harold Victor Quinton Award
Ishwar Gunasgaran is the inaugural recipient of the Harold Victor Quinton Award having achieved the highest marks of eligible candidates completing the program in 2024.

- We created the special award to honour esteemed past member Harold Victor Quinton FCA, who left funds to recognise an Australian citizen achieving outstanding results in the CA Program.
- As this year’s award recipient, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) will grant Ishwar $5,000 AUD.

Ishwar Gunsegaran is the first provisional member to win the annual Harold Victor Quinton Award, having achieved a weighted average mark (WAM) of 89.22%.
The award was made possible through the generosity of Harold Victor Quinton FCA, who made significant contributions to the Chartered Accounting profession and his community.
The conditions of the award are that the recipient must be a provisional member and an Australian citizen who achieves outstanding results in the CA Program examinations, and who has completed their CA Program academic studies within the calendar year.
Ishwar commenced the CA Program in Term 4 2021 (Ethics and Business and Tax AU) and finished in Term 4 2023 (Integrated Chartered Accounting Practice, completion date 19 February 2024).
