Dear members,

We've got plenty happening across SA as we head towards the end of the year. I'm particularly excited to see the rollout of CA ANZ Digital Badges, which officially commenced on 8 October and provides a new way for members to showcase their professional achievements and celebrate their connection to the profession.

We're also preparing for several great member events, including the AI Ready Workshop 2.0 on 4 November, where we'll explore practical ways, accountants can apply AI to enhance advisory conversations and client outcomes. November also brings a rare opportunity to engage directly with Tax Ombudsman Ruth Owen through both the Meet the Tax Ombo session and a dedicated CA ANZ member roundtable in Adelaide.

Our Spring Connect series is off to a great start, with solid attendance and strong member engagement across the first events. There are still several South Australian sessions coming up, so if you haven't joined us yet, I'd encourage you to take a look and come along to one of the remaining events. It's a great way to connect with fellow members in a relaxed and informal setting.

Looking a little further ahead, we're finishing the year with Closing the Books on Risk in Adelaide on 4 December, focusing on cyber security and anti-money laundering, with an accompanying wine tasting and networking.
