Honouring outstanding member achievement at the Queensland Fellowship Dinner

Award Recipients
On Thursday 20 February 2025, the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) Queensland community gathered at Factory 51in Coorparoo. The event was a celebration of excellence, honouring our Fellowship, Meritorious Service and Life Membership recipients and Queensland’s 2024 Young CA Award winner. Distinguished guests were present on the evening including, Julia Fink FCA, CA ANZ Vice President ,Simon Grant FCA, CA ANZ Group Executive, Advocacy and International Development and Andrew Quinlan FCA CA ANZ General Manager – AU Regions
Julia Fink began the festivities with an inspiring speech to start the evening, highlighting the importance of perseverance, commitment, and the continuous pursuit of excellence in the field of accounting.
Fellowship recognises individuals who have made significant contributions to the profession and the community. Meritorious Service awards honour those who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and service to CA ANZ. Queensland’s Young CA for 2024 is Baringa Barambah Meeanjinu CA, acknowledging her as an emerging leader in the field. As the evening progressed, attendees enjoyed a delightful dinner and engaged in lively conversations, networking, and sharing their experiences. The event provided an excellent opportunity for members to connect, celebrate their successes, and look forward to the future with renewed enthusiasm.
The evening was not just a celebration of individual achievements but also a testament to the strength and unity of the CA ANZ community.
