Annual Report 2025

Creating value for our members, the profession and the public good.

The Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) Annual Report 2025 marks the final year of our 2020–2025 strategy and the beginning of a new chapter. With 140,590 members across 17 countries, we continued to uphold the CA designation through world-class education, advocacy and ethical leadership.

This year’s report outlines how CA ANZ delivered value through five strategic pillars, responded to global trends, and prepared for the future with a refreshed strategy to 2030.

Our strategic priorities

In the final year of our strategy to 2025, we once again report the value we delivered to members under five strategic pillars:

  • World class member experience
  • Our brand and influence
  • Sustainable profession and professional body
  • Digital transformation and delivery
  • A culture of Difference Makers

Read more about our progress under each pillar.

“Our new strategy, which takes effect from 1 July 2025, builds on the innovation, member focus, and fiscal discipline that made our last strategy a success, cementing our position as Australia and New Zealand’s peak membership body for the accounting profession,”
