The results of the independent Review into Workplace Culture at EY Oceania are confronting, and we believe that EY’s transparency is an important step towards driving improvement in their workplace.

Elizabeth Broderick herself has noted this Review is the most comprehensive examination of workplace culture ever undertaken in the Australian professional services industry. It serves as a salient reminder to us all, of the need for safe and inclusive workplace cultures.

CA ANZ will now spend time considering the report in full and we remain committed to supporting our members through our DEI Strategy, which aims to set clear expectations and help create a safe and respectful profession where all our members can thrive and belong.

This is a collective challenge, and only a collective response will be enough to create change.
