Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) sends sincere condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Paul Drum following the sad news of his unexpected passing.
We had the benefit and pleasure of working alongside Paul over many of his 22 years at CPA Australia, on joint initiatives to get the policy settings right to support a successful accounting profession.
A strong mentor, ambassador for accounting superheroes, giant of tax, outdoor lover and Collingwood supporter, Paul was insightful, knowledgeable and rounded.
He was a strong, passionate advocate who worked hard to support and build up the accounting profession, for the benefit of our clients, our industry and the economy.
He will be missed. May he rest in peace.
