About Lydia Tsen CA

Lydia is responsible for engaging with New Zealand government and regulators, and advocating in the public interest on policy issues relevant to Chartered Accountants and the accounting profession. She has worked on a variety of advocacy initiatives related to areas such as talent and skills, corporate governance, anti-money laundering and sustainability. 

Prior to joining Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Lydia worked in tax and transfer pricing at Deloitte New Zealand. 

Lydia is a Chartered Accountant and has been admitted to the High Court of New Zealand. She holds a Master of Public Policy (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland. She also holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Waikato.
