In our submission, we combine feedback received from our members, many of whom work in organisations that will have obligations under the Bill, as well as from the perspective of our own organisation - an entity subject to the Payment Times Reporting (PTR) regime in Australia and a potential reporting entity under this regime.

• Timeframes for Bill and MBIE’s Regulations consultations
• Transparency, Compliance and Enforcement 
• Effectiveness of similar schemes 
• International alignment and leverage existing systems in Australia and the United Kingdom (UK); and
• Education and alternative schemes suggested by members
