Positive feedback from our members on minor and technical amendments
On 15 January, CA ANZ provided feedback to the Attorney-General’s Department on the Bankruptcy Regulations 2021 – Exposure Draft.
Overall, we have received positive feedback from our members in relation to the minor and technical amendments proposed in the consultation paper with the exception of a mixed response to section ^31. In our submission we have suggested that section ^31 is re-evaluated with consideration of potential practical implications.
