Better disclosure facilitates more informed decision-making for businesses and investments, and enables market force to drive efficient allocation of capital and support a smooth and just transition to a net zero greenhouse gas emissions economy.

Our comments addressed the potential changes to the thresholds for listed issuers and managed investment schemes, alignment with Australia's regime, and potential changes to director liability.
