Joint accounting bodies request clarification of payroll tax treatment
Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Corporate Tax Association, CPA Australia, Institute of Public Accountants, Law Council of Australia and The Tax Institute (the Joint Bodies) wrote to the Chair National COVID-19 Co-ordination Commission to seek clarification on the payroll tax treatment of the JobKeeper payment.
