Why Career Transition Services?

Due to the continuous changes within the Accounting industry (COVID-19, redundancy, digitalization, stress, mental health issues etc), CA ANZ took the initiative to look for professional support for members and non-members who wish to develop new strategies in their life and career, or who are having difficulties coping with all the changes in their professional and personal life.

What is the offering?

We have selected a shortlist of Career Toolkits and current and former CA members who are all qualified coaches in their respective areas (career, executive level, mental health coaching etc). We have also chosen a few specialized agencies and existing resources to broaden the offering and to support our members and non-members in the best possible way so they can develop the relevant strategies based on their goals.

What is the objective?

The objective is to support our members and non-members who are experiencing or exploring changes in their career and who desire to perform better in their personal and professional life by offering a list of coaches, agencies and relevant career transition tools and services throughout the CA ANZ website. They can then organize a consultation or a discussion with these suggested services, based on their location and specialty.
