CA ANZ Wellbeing supports our members to thrive, personally and professionally. We provide practical resources, information and services that enhance wellbeing and contribute to a healthy, balanced and fulfilling career.

EAP Program

CA ANZ’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), delivered by Converge International, provides members and their families with access to confidential, independent professional support across a range of work, life and wellbeing areas.

EAP is available to support your everyday wellbeing, personal and professional goals, and work-life balance. You can connect with experienced professionals for confidential, solution-focused support, including counselling, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

As a CA ANZ member, you can access up to three sessions free of charge. Contact Converge International to connect with the service or make an appointment.

We recognise that our members can work in stressful environments and sometimes face challenging situations. We aim to connect our members to the resources and information they may need to maintain good mental health, and to help them better manage challenging times and situations with their clients.
