About the scholarship

The Gisborne Region Financial Assistance Fund aims to provide financial assistance to students interested in a career in accounting.

Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand has partnered with Rochdale Advisory Group, Graham & Dobson Ltd & Chrisp and Davidson Chartered Accountants to offer this support.

A maximum of $3,500 will be shared across all successful applicants to assist students to progress their studies in accounting by providing financial support towards their tuition fees and course related costs.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants must:

• be currently studying at a tertiary level towards an Accounting or Finance degree; or
• be in your final year of high school (Year 13) and committed to pursue tertiary studies in accounting, and
• be living in the Gisborne/East Coast region or be able to demonstrate strong connections to the region.

Eligible applicants may be of any age and should demonstrate their commitment to the accounting profession.
