About Lisa Lintern

Lisa Lintern is a corporate communications and public affairs professional with more than 20 years’ experience supporting the CEOs and boards of high-profile organisations across industries such as payments, technology, fintech, aviation and professional services.

She has held senior inhouse communications roles at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, O2 telecommunications and the Ulster Bank (Royal Bank of Scotland Group). Lisa has also worked as an independent consultant for organisations and government departments including Microsoft Australia, Qantas, Zurich, TAL, Deloitte Australia, Family and Community Services, Women NSW, and the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.

More recently, Lisa led the launch of the New Payments Platform (Australia’s national real-time payments infrastructure) and supported the financial services sector to grow transactions on the platform, including leading an industry-wide campaign to launch PayID.

A former journalist and occasional freelance writer, Lisa is a passionate advocate for diversity, equality and inclusion (DE&I). She has chaired sector-focused DE&I Councils with numerous opinion editorials published in national media outlets such as Women’s Agenda, The Guardian Australia, Sydney Morning Herald and news.com.au, Australia’s leading news site.
