About Anna Lane FCA

Anna is CFO for a WA based ASX listed industrial, SSH Group Ltd, that is a portfolio of industrial service businesses, focused on service delivery to the Australian mining, civil, and construction industries.

She has also been CFO and non-executive director for not-for-profits and private enterprises, focused on executing strategies for growth and ensuring financial sustainability.

Over her 30+ year career she has assisted organisations as they merge and acquire other business and gone through restructures to ensure relevancy and sustainability. 

With international and local Australian experience working across a diverse range of industries including mining services, construction, manufacturing, and financial services, Anna has also consulted on large projects in leadership development, change and project management, and business improvement.

She is a diverse and strategic business leader with strengths in strategy development and execution, governance, business performance, funding/debt management, commercial and contract management, and organisational transformation.
