About Matthew Green FCA

Matthew is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants ANZ, Registered Company Auditor, and Business Valuation Specialist with experience in public practice and commercial roles with ASX listed companies. Matthew is an audit partner with Exant Assurance, with deep audit experience across several economic sectors and experience with reporting to directors and shareholders.

Matthew’s practice includes audit and valuation assignments, including application of Australian and International accounting, auditing and valuation standards. This experience includes 6-years on the CA ANZ Trans-Tasman audit advisory committee, and other public practice committees for CA ANZ. Matthew’s work has included ASX listed audit clients, IPO preparation assignments, due diligence, business and intellectual property valuations for financial reporting, and numerous audit assignments under various legislation and reporting requirements.
