About Jamie O’Rourke

Jamie O’Rourke is a Chartered Accountant who has recently retired from RSM Australia.  His career at RSM Australia spanned 35 years including 25 years as partner and 9 years as National Chief Executive Partner.   

At RSM Australia Jamie was responsible for setting the strategic direction, managing the operations of the national RSM Australia practice across the 32 local offices and leading 150 partners and more than 2,000 staff.  Experience in strategy formulation and execution encompassing responsibilities including technology & innovation, marketing, finance & regulatory compliance and People & culture programs including development, diversity & inclusion in the workforce.

Prior to taking on this national leadership role, Jamie gained 25 years of experience providing tax and business advisory services to Australian SMEs and Australian subsidiaries of international companies.
