Support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, graduates and early career professionals to become qualified Chartered Accountants.

About the scholarships
There are four (4) Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Scholarships available per year, each valued at $10,000.
Benefits
The scholarship gives recipients fee exemptions for:
- CA Fundamentals and/or Foundations units (if applicable),
- CA Program modules,
- CA Study Masterclass workshop, and
- annual Provisional Membership.
Who's eligible?
We encourage any Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander student, graduate or early career professional committed to achieving the CA designation to apply.
Application information
Eligible applicants must submit the following with their application:
- Evidence of your prior education history
- Confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait islander heritage in a form that is meaningful for you
- A written reference in support of your application
- A short statement outlining why you want to be a Chartered Accountants ANZ member.
Selection process
A selection panel, appointed by Chartered Accountants ANZ, assesses applications based on:
- the quality of the information provided
- endorsements provided by the applicant's referees, and
- extra-curricular activity, community involvement and/or potential.

Winners announced: Sunday 29 November 2026
