Our opening hours over the festive break
After a busy year, our teams are taking an extended break over the festive season.
Our last day of work in 2023 will be Friday 22 December. We will return to work on Monday 8 January 2024.
Our Member Support Team will also be taking a break during this period. Our contact centre will be closing on Friday 22 December 2023 at 5pm NZT (3pm AEDT) and re-opening on Monday 8 January 2024 at 9am NZT (7am AEDT).
During the break, we welcome email enquiries.
Emails will be responded to on our return to the office.
Enrolments for CA Program
Online enrolments are open during the break for our CA Program subjects:
- Integrated Chartered Accounting Practice (enrolment closes 8/1/24)
- Sustainability for Accountants (enrolment closes 15/1/24)
- Assurance (enrolment closes 19/1/24)
All other subjects close for enrolments 11/12/23 (apart from Advanced Tax which closes on 18/12/23)
Late enrolments: Term 1, 2024
There will be no late enrolment for the following Term 1 subjects after COB 21/12/2023
- Ethics and Business
- Risk and Technology
- Financial Accounting and Reporting
- Business Performance
If you have not enrolled in any of these Term 1 subjects by COB 21 December, you will not be able to study in Term 1.
Online enrolments are open during the break for our CA Program subjects Advanced Tax and Integrated Chartered Accounting Practice (9 Jan 2023) Assurance and Sustainability for Accountants (16 Jan 2023).

Enrolments for the Term 1, 2024 subjects Ethics and Business, Risk and Technology, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Business Performance, will close on the 11 December 2023.
Enrolments for Term 2, 2024 open on 14 February 2023.

Exam results
CA Program candidates will be able to access their subject results on MyCapability.
To view your subject results, follow these steps: Login to My CA > Click MyCapability > Member Login > Program > Sign in with My CA > My results.
Migration
The migration skills assessment team will close on Friday, 22 December 2023 and will reopen on Monday, 8 January 2024.
During the break, we welcome online enquiries and applications. All enquiries will be responded to on our return.
The processing times for migration skills assessment will exclude the extended break over the festive season.
