New organisation structure is announced

Changes to Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand’s organisational structure.

In Brief

  • New structure aligns with strategic priorities
  • The focus is to deliver value to current and future members
  • Changes follow extensive consultation with CA ANZ Council, members, staff and other key stakeholders

On Monday 16 April, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) announced a new organisational structure that aligns with its strategic priorities.

This foundational step supports our strategic direction so that all our members are served by an organisation that has the relevant capabilities, systems and focus to deliver value to current and future members as the profession continues to evolve.

The strategic direction looks to shape and strengthen the profession of the future, to benefit our members and their clients and communities.

Our reinvigoration follows extensive consultation with CA ANZ Council, our members, staff and other key stakeholders, culminating in approval by the CA ANZ Board.

Development work has started on a new online community hub for members to allow direct engagement between members and the organisation, the sharing of ideas and comments, as well as cross learning and networking possibilities. Enhancements are also being made to the CA Program to embed its relevance into the future.

During these changes, our key focus remains on continuing to deliver high-quality and relevant services for our members.
