Chartered Accountants ANZ has appointed a new and innovative publisher for its member magazine; content agency Medium Rare.
With a number of high-profile clients including the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Qantas, Coles and David Jones, Medium Rare has a proven track record of providing sophisticated publications, which are focused on delivering stories that are relevant and engaging.
David Breust, Chief Marketing Officer at CA ANZ, says the partnership with Medium Rare will deliver a number of benefits for the organisation’s members through a refreshed Acuity magazine.
“We are pleased to announce this new strategic partnership with Medium Rare, which will strengthen Acuity and continue a tradition of high-quality content for leaders in the profession,” Breust says.
“Acuity has a history of providing sharp business insights, so we are looking forward to our new partnership, to take this further across multiple platforms to reach more members effectively.”
Medium Rare will begin publishing stories to the Acuity website in October 2018 and produce its first issue of the revamped bi-monthly Acuity print magazine in December 2018.
The publisher has appointed respected business and finance journalist Sally Rose as Editor of Acuity. Rose previously worked as Blogger-in-Chief at Global Access Partners, as a senior journalist at CFO Magazine and at The Australian Financial Review and, most recently, was editor of Investment Magazine.
In addition to editorial and publishing services, Medium Rare will provide content strategy, editorial and production services for the Acuity website, fortnightly EDMs and social media channels, including blogs, videos and podcasts.
Gerry Reynolds, Medium Rare’s Managing Director, says the agency is delighted to be appointed publisher of Acuity.
“We are excited to offer members informative and engaging content while providing advertisers with greater opportunities to reach a highly desirable audience across platforms,” Reynolds says.
“Our aim is to take Acuity content to the next level in order to help members remain relevant and have successful careers in an age of increasing automation and digital disruption.”
