Chartered Accountants ANZ (CA ANZ) is currently investigating a cyber incident that has resulted in unauthorised access to parts of its systems. We continue to investigate this as a priority.
The issue causing the incident has been contained and CA ANZ is working to complete a thorough investigation to confirm what happened, have increased our already extensive range of cyber security measures and monitoring to prevent reoccurrence. This includes working with the support of leading cyber security advisors to assist us in this process.
In particular, we are assessing reports that a portion of CA ANZ data has been accessed by an unknown party. We are committed to keeping you updated and if we identify that any data relating to you or third parties has been impacted, we will notify you and them in accordance with our privacy obligations.

CA ANZ is experiencing a service outage across our system. Our team is actively working to restore service. We apologise for any inconvenience. Our employees are currently offline and will not be able to respond to emails or phone calls.
