In the lead up to the silly season our busy lives seem to get much busier. As we near the end of the year it is important we continue to look after ourselves as we do our clients. CA ANZ has recently launched a mental health guide in collaboration with Counties Manukau Health. The guide addresses the link between mental health problems and financial difficulty, the impact of stigma, how to support clients and communication tips. It also has New Zealand specific guidelines and contacts to utilise to seek help.
The guide can be found here.Read here
