- Now that the Tier 3 and Tier 4 PBE standards have been effective for 5 years for many entities, the NZASB considers it timely and important to “check-in” with stakeholders
- The NZASB needs your feedback – the submission period closes on 31 March 2021
- Feedback will assist the NZASB in considering whether refinements to the simple format reporting standards are required
The New Zealand Accounting Standards Board (NZASB) issued the Request for Information (RFI): Simple Format Reporting Standards – Post-Implementation Review for public consultation with comments period ending 31 March 2021.
Your feedback on this RFI is important. It will help the NZASB understand what is working well in these standards, what is not working well, and where more guidance may be required. This RFI is relevant to CA ANZ members working in the not-for-profit and public sector space as well as preparers, trustees and users.
In this article, the NZASB staff explains what the post implementation review is all about, and why your feedback is so important.
