Program information

• Online or face-to-face?

  Participants can complete program either online or face-to-face. We encourage all members, including regional members, to enjoy the full experience of the program online.

  Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the program is set up to be flexible to adhere to government health advice.

• How are members matched and what is involved?

  When submitting your application, you will complete a profile questionnaire. This will be used to match mentors with mentees and is based on a mentee’s experiences and goals, and a mentor’s background. We look to pair members based on similar career transition experiences. Confirmed matches will be invited to a program launch in early 2023.

  It is recommended that over the 6-month program, pairs meet up for at least four one-hour sessions.

  All mentors and mentees will be provided with a guide, action plan and relevant supporting materials. Mentors also have access to support through the Mentor Service.

  At the end of the six-month program, we invite you to a celebratory closing session.

• Cost

  For Mentors, the Mentor Exchange program is complimentary.

  For mentees, there is an application fee of $165AUD/$175NZD, inclusive of GST.
