Would insights and support from an experienced CA take your career to the next level? Do you want to build your network and make more meaningful professional connections?
Our Mentor Exchange program brings all these benefits and more to hundreds of early and mid-career CAs every year.
It could be one of the best steps you can take to boost your professional and personal development. That's why past participant Michelle Mak told us:
"Joining the Mentor Exchange program is one of the wisest decisions I ever made!"
You will be matched with a senior CA, whose experience is aligned with your career ambitions and goals. The program runs from October 2019 to April 2020, and in those six months, your mentor will connect with you at least four times to share their insights, experience and advice.
We touch base with participants regularly including a program launch, a mid-program check-in and a closing event. You'll either attend those in person if you're local, or join our webinars online.
We give you and your mentor the support you need, and for taking part you will receive six CPD hours.
Discover the difference a mentor can make. The program is limited to 600 pairs so apply now.
Become an early career mentee
Early in your career you may have important decisions to make. A mentor can help you reach clarity on the right choices and guide you on setting career goals. You'll also receive valuable perspective and the opportunity for objective input from a fellow member.
Become a mid-career mentee
You might be preparing for a career transition or looking to develop people and relationship skills to complement your technical skills. Whatever your situation, it's likely your mentoring needs have evolved. Mentor Exchange can help you build professional connections with a senior CA mentor who can support you to develop your relational skills, expand your professional networks and refine your career direction.
